1. Who we are
The controller of personal data is DELIVERISTS.IO Sp. z o.o., ul. Polska 15, 60-595 Poznań, Poland, NIP 7812048495, REGON 524738906, KRS 0001025168 ("we", "us"). Contact: office@deliverists.io.
This policy covers our website deliverists.io and our internal marketing tool Deliverists Agenty. Our products Quento (quento.app) and ChatlyBot (chatlybot.com) have their own privacy policies on their websites.
2. Website visitors
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website (pages viewed, approximate location at country level, device type). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you can change at any time in the cookie settings.
- Contact: when you email us or book a meeting (Calendly), we process your name, email address and the content of your message to reply and to prepare the meeting.
- Legal basis: your consent (cookies, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Deliverists Agenty and Google user data
Deliverists Agenty is our internal tool for running marketing for our own products and for clients who hire us. It prepares and analyses advertising campaigns and reports. Every action that spends money (launching or enabling a campaign, increasing a budget) requires explicit approval by a person from our team.
The tool connects to the following Google services, only for accounts that we own or that a client has explicitly given us access to:
- Google Ads API: creating campaigns (created paused), reading campaign performance (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), adding negative keywords and pausing campaigns.
- Google Search Console API (read-only): search queries, clicks, impressions and positions for the client's website.
- Google Analytics Data and Admin APIs: aggregated website statistics (sessions, traffic sources, landing pages, conversions) and configuration of conversion events.
- Google Business Profile APIs: reading the client's business listing statistics and reviews, when the client has granted access.
What we use the data for: only to manage and report on advertising and website performance for the account owner. We read aggregated statistics. We do not request or store personal data of the account owner's end users, such as names, email addresses or user identifiers.
Sharing: we do not sell Google user data and do not share it with third parties, except with the client who owns the data (for example in their monthly report) or where required by law. We do not use Google user data for advertising to other people, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Limited Use: Deliverists Agenty's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security: credentials are stored only on our own server with restricted file permissions and are never shown to automated agents. Reports and statistics are stored on the same server. Access is limited to our team.
Retention and deletion: we keep campaign and statistics data for as long as we work with the client and up to 12 months after the cooperation ends, unless the law requires longer (e.g. accounting records). A client can ask us to delete their data at any time at office@deliverists.io, and can revoke our access directly in their Google account settings.
4. Processors
We use trusted providers to run our services, such as Google (Analytics, Ads, Cloud), hosting providers and Calendly. They process data on our behalf and under appropriate data processing agreements. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise your rights, write to office@deliverists.io.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
